(13WHAM-TV) - The White House will respond to a petition calling for the construction of a “death star,” Star Wars-style.
A man in Colorado started an online petition through the official White House page, and if any petition gets 25,000 signatures in one month, the White House is bound to respond.
Thursday the petition crossed the 25,000 mark, meaning that the Obama administration will have to make a public decision about whether to construct a moon-sized mega-weapon in space.
The man who started the petition says it's a great way to help bring down unemployment and beef up national security.
