N. Korea Nuke Tests Trigger U.N. Meeting

Korea - North Korea says it has conducted an underground nuclear test -- violating a United Nations order.

Reports of a possible test came after an earthquake Monday night.

The White House released a statement condemning the test as a "highly provocative act" that threatens U.S. security and international peace.

The U.N. Security Council will hold an emergency meeting today.
