Political Hopeful Caught On Cam Slashing Tires
(ABC) - A former congressional candidate in New Mexico has been caught on camera slashing his opponent's tires.
Gary Smith was arrested for slashing his former rival's tires several weeks ago.
The footage with this story is Smith slashing tires --for a second time- - after getting out of jail last week.
He had been ordered to stay away from his opponent's home.
Smith was re-arrested but has since posted bond.
