4 Resign In Fallout From Benghazi Investigation
(13WHAM-TV) - Four U.S. State Department officials have resigned after an independent review of the attack on a consulate in Libya.
The attack killed four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens.
The panel that reviewed it said management failures led to a lack of security and proposed dozens of measures to ramp up security at U.S. Consulates worldwide.
