Reward: Teacher, Convicted Of Raping A Student - On The Run

Buffalo, N.Y. - A former Buffalo teacher on parole for raping one of her students-- is on the run -- and says she has no intention of turning herself in.

Police say Cara Dickey cut off her ankle-monitoring device last week and disappeared after reports surfaced in Buffalo media outlets.

A woman claming to be Dickey called television stations to say she won't turn herself in.

Buffalo police are offering a reward for information on her whereabouts.
