Seneca Falls, N.Y. – A woman who lives on Prospect Street was arrested and charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Dawn R. Planty, 45, allegedly allowed a 14-year-old male to consume alcohol and then had sexual intercourse with him.
Planty was arraigned in Waterloo and is in the Seneca County Jail in lieu of 5,000 cash/$10,000 bond.
She’s scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Court on August 28.
