Court Date Changed In Teacher/Teen Sex Encounter Case
Canandaigua, N.Y. - A Spanish teacher at Canandaigua Academy was scheduled to appear in court Friday November 16.
But on Friday the court date was changed to December 5.
Lisa Footer, 44, is accused of having a sexual encounter with a 16-year-old student outside of school last weekend. Police believe the two had a relationship since summer.
The Ontario County Sheriff's Office could bring additional charges against Footer.
