Bliss, N.Y./Killeen, Tex. - Police in Texas say they have made an arrest in connection with the murder of 25-year-old Austin Sampson from Wyoming County.
Terry Grant Scott, 17, of Killeen is accused of opening fire on the soldier's car last week outside a convenience store in Killeen, Texas.
Sampson had served in Iraq and had been awarded several commendations.
