Walgreens Gets Pinched For Misleading Advertising

U.S.A./Nationwide - Walgreens must pay refunds to more than 1,600 customers, and stop advertising free flu shots for those insured under the state's Empire Plan.

This ruling comes after a settlement with the New York State Attorney General's Office.

Investigators say Walgreen's misled customers with the Empire Plan into thinking they were covered for flu shots, when they were not.

Those who paid out of pocket will be getting a refund.
