Water Balz Toy Recall

(WHAM-TV) – The recalled toy is called "Water Balz" and has other varieties including growing skulls and fabulous flowers.

The toys absorb water and can expand 400 times their original size.

This voluntary recall comes after a baby swallowed the toy and needed surgery to remove it.
