Buffalo, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say one of the five people shot in a Buffalo park during a picnic has died.
Marquay Lee had been in the hospital since being brought there in critical condition Saturday evening. An Erie County Medical Center spokesman says Wednesday that the 26-year-old died overnight.
Lee, along with three other men and a woman, were shot and wounded by a gunman who opened fire after walking up to the shelter at Martin Luther King Park.
Police are still looking for the gunman, who was seen running from the park after the shooting.
