Recap: Old Dominion vs. Delaware

Norfolk, VA (Sports Network) - Kent Bazemore scored 24 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Old Dominion Monarchs to a 88-74 win over the Delaware Blue Hens in a Colonial Athletic Association quarterfinal at Richmond Coliseum.

Donte Hill scored 15 points for the fourth-seeded Monarchs (20-12), who will face top-seeded Drexel in Sunday's semifinals. Chris Cooper added 13 points, Nick Wright 12, and Dimitri Batten 10.

Devon Saddler scored 24 points for the Blue Hens (18-13), who saw a nine-game winning streak snap. Jamelle Hagins added 12 points and 15 rebounds. Jarvis Threatt added 12 points and Kyle Anderson 11.

Old Dominion led 47-42 at halftime after shooting 48.6 percent from the floor, including 6-of-10 from outside the arc,

Old Dominion led by as many as 18 in the second half.

The Monarchs were 9-of-20 from long range for the game and had a 44-32 edge on the glass.
