Greensboro, NC (Sports Network) - Shane Larkin scored 28 points and handed out seven assists to help No. 9 Miami-Florida claim its first ever ACC Tournament title with an 87-77 triumph over North Carolina on Sunday at Greensboro Coliseum. Trey McKinney Jones buried six 3-pointers en route to 20 points, while Julian Gamble added 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Hurricanes (27-6), who won the ACC regular-season crown with a 15-3 conference mark. The Hurricanes have won four straight to earn a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament, where they will take on Pacific on Friday in Austin. P.J. Hairston matched Larkin with 28 points, while Marcus Paige poured in 17 points and James Michael McAdoo added 12 for the Tar Heels (24-10), who were named the No. 8 seed in the South Region and will take Villanova on Friday in Kansas City.

Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - Deshaun Thomas tallied a game-high 17 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead No. 10 Ohio State to its fifth Big Ten Tournament title with a 50-43 triumph over 22nd-ranked Wisconsin on Sunday at United Center. Aaron Craft contributed nine points and six boards for the Buckeyes (26-7), who held the Badgers without a field goal over the final seven minutes as they closed the contest on an 11-2 outburst. Ohio State, which has won eight straight games since a 71-49 setback in Wisconsin on Feb. 17, was named the No. 2 seed in the West Region and will take on Iona in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday in Dayton. Traevon Jackson led Wisconsin (23-11) with 10 points, while Sam Dekker donated eight points off the bench for the Badgers, who earned the No. 5 seed in the West and will face SEC Tournament champion Ole Miss on Friday in Kansas City.

Nashville, TN (Sports Network) - Marshall Henderson made sure Ole Miss was guaranteed a spot in the NCAA Tournament, as the sharpshooter scored 18 of his 21 points in the second half to help the Rebels come back and top the 13th- ranked Florida Gators, 66-63 for the SEC Tournament title. Ole Miss (26-8) came in as a potential at-large bid for the upcoming NCAA Tournament and its fate was seemingly in the hands of the selection committee after trailing by 14 points on Sunday. But Henderson and Murphy Holloway, who chipped in 23 points and 10 rebounds, sparked a turnaround for the school's first conference tourney championship since 1981. Ole Miss was selected as a No. 12 seed in its first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2002 and will play Wisconsin on Friday. Mike Rosario had 18 points and nine boards and Kenny Boynton added 13 points for the top-seeded and SEC regular season champion Gators (26-7), who lost despite making 11 3-pointers. Boynton had a chance to tie at the buzzer, but his 3-point attempt rimmed out, and Florida settled for a No. 3 seed in the upcoming tourney and will meet Northwestern State on Friday.

Brooklyn, NY (Sports Network) - Kwamain Mitchell scored 19 points on a near- flawless shooting performance, and 16th-ranked Saint Louis captured its first conference tournament title in 13 years with a 62-56 verdict over No. 25 VCU in the Atlantic 10 Championship. Mitchell made good on 7-of-9 field goal attempts -- including 3-of-4 from 3- point range -- and the Billikens overcame 18 turnovers against the Rams' trademark pressure with a terrific defensive display of their own. Saint Louis (27-6) limited VCU to a 33.9 success rate from the floor en route to securing the A-10's automatic bid, and will enter the NCAA Tournament with 15 victories in its last 16 games during what's been a dramatic season for the program. The top-seeded Billikens, who last claimed a league tourney crown while in Conference USA in 2000, are now 24-3 since Rick Majerus -- the school's head coach for the previous five seasons -- died on Dec. 1. Hours after the win, the Billikens found out they will be a No. 4 seed in the NCAA Tournament and their first game is against New Mexico State on Thursday. VCU was awarded a No. 5 seed in the upcoming NCAA Tournament and will play Akron on Thursday.
