Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Ryan Nassib was named Big East Scholar Athlete of the Year Thursday.
Nassib has a 3.8 GPA as an accounting major in SU’s graduate program.
This past fall, Nassib set several school records on the field including most completions, most passing yards and most touchdowns in a single season.
His 70 career TD passes are the second most in conference history.
