Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - The Syracuse University men’s basketball team is in the middle of one of its best seasons in program history.
But Orange star Kris Joseph took time out to chat with NewsChannel 9 anchor Carrie Lazarus.
Although he might be a star on the court at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, the Montreal native has never forgotten where he came from.
The day after scoring 29 points against Syracuse rival Georgetown, he was back at the Carmelo Anthony Center on the Syracuse University campus.
When he’s not sending in 3s on the court, Joseph is often sending out Tweets. The senior forward is also a star on the social-media juggernaut Twitter with nearly 18,700 followers.
Although Joseph will have his eye on an NBA city soon, he’s not looking forward to leaving Syracuse.
Regardless of where he ends up, Joseph says he will be back to visit SU.
