Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- The 2012 Syracuse orange football season is less than 24 hours away.
On Saturday the team will take on Northwestern at the Dome.
The Orange is 2-and-1 in season openers under Doug Marrone, and they’re facing a worthy opponent. The wildcats have won six straight openers, which includes beating Syracuse in 2008.
The game starts at noon on Saturday.
