Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse University climbed up from last week’s slide down the polls to move into No. 2 in both the Associated Press Poll and the USA Today/ESPN Coaches Poll early Monday afternoon.
Since losing to Notre Dame in South Bend, SU has defeated both Cincinnati and West Virginia.
The Orange was aided by Missouri’s loss to Oklahoma. Ohio State moved up also, landing in the No. 3 spot in both polls.
Kentucky retained its poll position, staying No. 1 in both polls.
