Foxboro, MA (Sports Network) - The New England Patriots activated running back Brandon Bolden from the reserve/suspended list on Monday.

Bolden had been suspended for four games back in early November for violating the NFL's policy on performance enhancing substances.

Bolden joined the Patriots as an undrafted free agent from Mississippi in the offseason and had 43 carries for 234 yards and two touchdowns prior to his suspension.

He also has two receptions for 11 yards.
