Baldwinsville (WSYR-TV) – Baldwinsville football standout Tyler Rouse will soon be Boston College Eagle.
According to the school district, Rouse will sign a National Letter of Intent on Feb. 6 at 2:30 p.m.
In December, Rouse
was named the 2012-2013 Gatorade Player of the Year.
This past season, Rouse rushed for 2,977 yards and 45 touchdowns on 333 carries, leading the Baldwinsville Bees to the Class AA Section III final. He finished his high school career with 6,841 yards rushing, the fourth-highest total in New York State history.
In addition to Rouse’s signing, Baldwinsville girls’ soccer player Emma Firenze will sign her National Letter of Intent to play soccer for Syracuse University.
