Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - A new multi-purpose turf field won’t be ready for Le Moyne College athletes moving in for the new school year, but it's on its way.
Tuesday, crews broke ground on the project.
The complex will be home to the men's and women's soccer teams and the men's and women's lacrosse teams.
The money for the new facility is coming from financial gifts to the school and a capital project fund.
The opening is scheduled for the spring of 2010.
