Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – As part of an effort to improve the affordability of games at NBT Stadium, the Syracuse Chiefs announced on Wednesday that they will lower ticket prices.
The Chiefs announced on Wednesday that they are lowering tickets for the 2014 season to the $5 to $12 range.
Last season, tickets were $8 for general admission to $20 for premium box seats.
In addition, members of the military will receive free general admission to the ballpark.
The club recently let go of its longtime General Manager John Simone, whose family had been associated with the team for 50 years, and hired former Auburn Doubledays General Manager Jason Smorol to replace him.
