Found in the liverpool area 2-12-2013 around 5pm. He was found at the corner of Mesa Lane and Balboa Drive in the monterey park development. He is black and very fluffy well maintained and very friendly. He is wearing a blue collar with no tags. I spent an hour trying to locate somebody looking for him this evening and was unable to come up with a thing. He was scanned at the liverpool animal health center for an RF ID chip none found. I will hold on to him for the remainder of the evening and will contact the dog warden in the AM if no one comes forward. He is a Spayed male around 20 pounds or so. He is a pomeraninan or skipper of some sort but unsure exactly to his breed.
