Found Chihuahua and Shih tzu mix

I found this dog on south Salina and Newell. I brought him in because I found him the night of the storm, he didn't have a collar and he was starving. I didn't want him to spend the night out in the cold. I'm sure he has a home because he is a very well trained dog. Hes a boy. If he is yours please call me, Cindy 315-416-1690 or 315-422-4934
