I have seen a small black and white cat wandering around a neighborhood. The neighborhood is located in Liverpool NY, close to Oswego Rd. route 57. Across from Bayberry Plaza. The road is far back and is attached to Grenadier Village. It is wandering at the end of Elmcrest Rd. (the dead end) along the river. The cat is very very friendly. The cat is mostly black (midsection) with mostly white legs. The cat has little white hairs scattered throughout it's coat and has a blackish brown spot(patch) on nose. (PICS ATTACHED) The cat has green eyes. It is very small and seems to be starving. The cat's claws look to be in poor shape and it seems to be exhausted. I am deeply concerned for the cat because there are fox(s) in the area they and appear to be chasing it at night. The fox has eaten other animals in the area. I tried to put the cat in a cage and my car but it freaked out and started to hurt itself so I gave up. It appears to be a house cat or pet because of how friendly and non afraid of people it is.
