Parakeet (budgie)

A parakeet showed up on our bird feeder yesterday and it's still there. Has anyone lost their bird? I'm afraid it won't survive being outside. The bird has a light blue breast and it's wings are very light almost white. We live off Rte 57 near Moyers Corners in Clay.
