Part of the thrill of the season for me is decorating the house and grounds with holiday lights and lighted displays.  The lighting technology has improved in recent years, which allows for some fascinating combinations of lights.  I enjoy seeing the look of wonder and amazement in my children's eyes when I turn the lights on for the first time each holiday season.
