Hello my dog Siro was stolen on 11/25/2012 Sunday night around 8:30pm. He was outside the CVS on Ogden between Chicago and Milwaukee. He was taken by an African American over weight lady with medium-sized black hair, in a black car. Siro is a male Shih Tzu mixed Poodle, he is white/beige. Small, short, with long tail. He wore a blue collar with a leash when he was stolen. A reward will be issued if found.
