We are all so desperately trying to bring our cat home and have updated resources saying he was trapped by possible animal rescue thats adjacent to our back yard as told they came onto the premises? I hope that this is not the case our cat is not a stray but was notified by neighbors that this woman trapps cats? I mean come on? In our yard? If so can they legally resell adopt out for a fee? I have his papers, shots, he is chipped and have not gotten a reponse after attempts to politely ask if hes there? I really need help we are starting to feel a little ripped like this is a legal catnapping situation? He was last seen on this premise at 675 w.onandaga. It did display anIMAL EMERGENCY RESCUE AND SAID PETS INSIDE DOG,CATS BIRD? any advise please help
