Phoebe crawled under our fence on 06/28/12 around 8:30 p.m. We are on Vann Street, close to Gale Street.

Phoebe is almost two years old, female, and a whippet/terrier mix so she looks like a little tan greyhound with a furry neck. Her tongue is mostly black. She has a green reflective collar, and has her tags (with our old address though current phone numbers, and her rabies tag). She is not spayed. She is very timid, particularly afraid of men, but has never shown aggression. She shakes a lot, and does not bark. I have included photos.
