"Blue" is ~4 years old, a Siamese mix (flame point -orange and cream). Been missing since end of November. He is neutered, long haired and has bright blue eyes. He has LOTS of toes on all paws. His right forearm was shaved (had IV catheter in Nov). May look less full compared to the other. He has a medical condition and needs special treatment and medication/food.
