Ran away 2/4/2013 on E Genesee Street near Westcott street. Was hit by vehicle prior to running away. He is black shih zu pomeranian mix with long hair and a little patch of white under chin. Goes by the name of BooBoo.  He is 2.He is very fast possibly hurt. Had black collar and maybe still has a red leash attached. Belongs to terminally ill owner who is desperately in need of him. Last seen running up Cherry Street toward Madison Street.
