On West Linear Park along the Oswego River here in Oswego NY. I shot the first photo of the Fall this morning...the second photo is back October of 2010. As you can see the tress are just starting to change this week where as last year they were at peak in October not November. Submitted by Luann Knight of Fulton, NY.
