We will be offering a free 20 minute risk assessment for Prostate Cancer, Breast Cancer, or Cardiovascular Disease.  This will take place Monday through Friday 9-5 from 4-23-12 through 5-26-12 by appointment only.  We will also be offering some night and weekend appointments for those who cannot come during regular business hours.  Please contact our office at 315-507-2980 for details or to make an appointment.
