The Synopsis: Throughout America church basement kitchens are thought to be the heart and soul of many churches. Church Basement Ladies introduces us to four unique women and the pastor that are the heart of the church. They run the kitchen and cook the food in order to take care of the congregation, all the while solving problems like the Lutfisk dinner, a funeral, an Easter fundraiser and of course a wedding. They stave off potential disasters, share and debate recipes, have fun, instruct the young and of course keep the pastor on due course.
