From Onondaga Lake Parkway Thursday night about 10pm. I wanted to get a picture of the ice before it was covered up by snow from the pending storm. Looking towrds Solvay. Notice the steam from the stacks is going from east to west. A sure sign that the weather is going to get hairy.
