Oswego, New York the scene look's like a clip from the movie "The Birds" but it is not.  For three weeks the seagulls are migrating to the break wall just before Lock 8.  In the wee hours of the morning before daylight and into nightfall they most definitely can be heard and here on this short clip viewed.  The lock was emptied of water some time ago for work on Lock 7. My questions are why so many are here and staying 3 weeks thus far?
